The Role We are hiring a Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Retention to build and lead our lifecycle marketing function. You will own the lifecycle funnels for our mobile app, consumer subscriptions, and ecommerce business, helping customers discover value, build product habits, and grow with dot.cards. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will define the customer lifecycle, identify the moments that lead to lasting engagement, and establish the milestones and metrics that guide our growth. You will combine customer insight, behavioral data, and creative thinking to improve activation, conversion, and retention across our products.
