Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer to take ownership of our custom SaaS architecture. This is a role for someone who thinks beyond the code and understands how technical decisions impact the business. We need a senior developer who can design scalable systems, justify their engineering choices, and support the team through shared problem-solving and clear communication.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong knowledge of OOP

Proficiency in PHP

Experience with Symfony PHP framework

Experience with Python or Node.js

Relational databases, advanced knowledge of SQL and Doctrine ORM

Experience with React and Redux

Writing testable and well documented code

Advanced knowledge of Version Control System (GIT)

Sysadmin and Linux/Unix skills

Knowledge of Docker

Architectural Thinking

Business Understanding

Team Leadership

Written and spoken English

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience with Big Data

Experience with NoSQL databases

Experience with ChatGPT, Anthropic and other AI providers

Experience with AWS, Scaleaway, Kibana, ElasticSearch

Experience with Temporal

Experience in modeling statistical data

Experience with other similar technologies (Java, Spring, Vue, etc.)

Experience with legacy projects: testing and refactoring

Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or/and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
