TA video interview
⏱️ 30–45 min
Your first conversation is a structured video interview with the TA Partner managing your role. We'll cover
• Key skills and experience
• Collaboration and problem-solving style
• Role expectations and team culture
You'll also have time to ask anything you'd like to know.

Live case scenario
We prefer live discussions over take-home tasks.
You'll meet subject-matter experts and walk through a role-relevant scenario to understand how you think, communicate, and collaborate.
Your TA Partner will brief you beforehand so you feel prepared.

Final interview
In the final round, you'll meet the leader you'd work closely with (Manager, Head of Department, or Business Lead) to discuss:
- Team dynamics
- Expectations in your first months
- Growth opportunities
- For senior or strategic roles, our CEO may also join.
