In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of customer support, where your ability to guide and solve technical issues with ease will make a real impact. Your main duties will include:
Walking customers through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
Responding to incoming phone calls, emails, or tickets from clients and field engineers, while keeping an eye on the notification and ticket queue screens
Troubleshooting both known and undocumented problems, ensuring smooth operations
Managing customer issues in line with Service Level Agreements to guarantee satisfaction
Supporting new employees with training, guidance, and feedback to enhance team performance
Gaining an in-depth understanding of the processes that ensure top-tier customer service
Conducting audits to ensure service quality and continual improvement
Here’s what we are looking for in YOU:
A high school diploma (and if you have a technical degree or IT knowledge, even better!)
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Solid working knowledge of Windows OS
A problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail
Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a team-oriented spirit
Flexibility to work shifts (yes, including weekends!) in our 24/7 operation
