ABOUT THE ROLE As Global Employer Brand Manager, you'll own how Solidgate shows up to the engineers, PMs, and sales leaders who haven't heard of us yet — and make sure they stop when they do. Europe is the core: Warsaw, Nicosia, and a remote team that keeps growing. Your job is to turn Solidgate into a destination, not just an option. You'll build our EVP for international talent and take it to market — finding where strong candidates actually spend their time and showing up there with content, events, recruitment marketing, employee advocacy, and paid promos.
