Job description
We're looking for a German speaking Business Development Representative to join our team in Leiden or Berlin! 🎉
You'll be joining a team of BDRs who are at the heart of ChannelEngine's growth - building pipeline from scratch through calls, emails, social media, and in-person events, and setting up demos with our Account Executives. It's a role where you'll see the direct impact of your work pretty quickly.
If you're fluent in German and genuinely excited about building a career in sales, we'd love to hear from you. We care more about your attitude and willingness to learn than your exact background - if you're driven, coachable, and good with people, we'll make sure you get the training and support to grow.

• Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written,

• Experience in a customer-facing role - whether that's sales, retail, hospitality, or support - and comfortable engaging and persuading people,

• Demonstrate resilience and persistence when handling rejection and working towards a “yes”,
• Live in - or close to - Leiden (Netherlands) or Berlin (Germany).

We want all of our candidates to enjoy a smooth and efficient experience with us which is why we aim to get back to you regarding your application within 2 business days. The first step is a screening call with a member of the recruitment team. This is followed by a meeting with our Sales Team Lead. After that, we have an email assessment, and an interview with your future Account Executive. The final step is a meeting with our Director of Sales. Our interview process tends to take +/-3 weeks to complete 💙
