Founded by clinical experts and individuals with lived experience, Equip provides a dedicated care team for each patient, including a therapist, dietitian, physician, and peer and family mentor. The company operates in all 50 states and partners with most major health insurance plans.
Equip Health is currently hiring for various roles, including Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants specializing in eating disorders, as well as a Director of Clinical Quality. The company has been fully virtual since its inception in 2019.
